Welcome to a truly one-of-a-kind mountain home, full of character, cozy details, and the kind of charm that is hard to put into words. Perched in a peaceful setting with beautiful views, this dog-friendly retreat sleeps up to eight guests and offers the perfect base for enjoying everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer.

The home includes three distinct sleeping spaces. One bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, the second has a queen bed, and the third has a twin bed. On the lower level, with its own direct entrance from the driveway, you will find an additional private space with two twin beds, a dining area, and a television—ideal for older children, friends traveling together, or guests who appreciate a little extra separation.

Take in incredible mountain views and unforgettable sunsets from the front deck, then gather around the small fire pit on the front lawn as the stars come out. Around back, the porch feels wonderfully secluded, surrounded by forest and occasional deer visitors. Half of the porch is covered for relaxing in any weather, while the open section offers outdoor dining, a propane grill, and a private hot tub tucked into the trees.

Located just minutes from Story Land, Cranmore, Attitash, and the Saco River, this home puts you close to skiing, hiking, swimming, dining, family attractions, and year-round White Mountain adventures. Bring up to two dogs and settle into a home that feels equal parts peaceful, memorable, and completely unlike anywhere else.


Guests will have private use of the entire home.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Three rooms upstairs - one with queen bed and twin bed, one with queen bed and third room with just one twin bed.
the room on the lower level has direct access to the driveway, two twin beds and its own dining area and tv set up.
Max occupancy of 8.

The driveway is very steep but is accessible with all vehicles - in the winter months you will need to wait for the driveway to be plowed to use it.

Lead guest needs to be 25 years or older to book this property.
Absolutely no commercial photography or events.

Please make sure all dogs are added to your reservation. Pet fee is $50 per reservation.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time.
firewood is not provided for the fire pit.
AC is by means of window units.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate. All income from early check-in and late check outs go to a local charity.

Quiet hours: 10pm–8am.
Parking for 3 cars only.
Up to 2 dogs allowed; if bringing one, add them to your reservation; a $50 pet fee applies.
