Room wasn't cleaned second day of our stay. Food in hotel is extremely poor. Both breakfast and meal in the McNabs restaurant were a big let down. Complained to reception but manager didnt respond. Room was fine on arrival bit dated

The architect of this building is amazing. Beautiful building and amazing view of the river. It was very convenient for walking for everything.. such as all kinds restaurants, pubs, clothes, souvenirs, and even a mall. We asked for an extra blanket for 2 days being told we could not have one because the manager was not here to open the room with the blankets. ?? So on the 3rd evening we asked yet again, then waited at the receptionist desk to actually receive one. Older televisions, remote had tape on it and did not being too the room tv. Wifi was not relaiable

Hotel is very convenient to city centre. Needs a lot of up dating, and decorating. Had nasty smell in corridor and room. Staff pleasant.

The location was absolutely a beautiful sight and great location, a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were always nice when having interaction with them. The facility itself needed some TLC, but is a cute older facility.

Staff is super helpful and friendly! Food in the restaurant is good. We had a room on the 1st floor and had issues with the wifi working. They happily moved us to a room on the 2nd floor where the WiFi works perfectly! The hotel is right by the river Ness and couldn’t be any more centrally located. We’re very happy with our choice! It’s very clean and the beds are comfortable!

This hotel was perfectly comfortable and clean, nothing to rave about but it was good value for money, and you can park for a reasonable price at the church just down the street. There is a milkman cafe right next to the hotel where we enjoyed a lovely breakfast looking out at the river ness and Inverness castle. It is a great location just a few steps away from the main shopping area

We did not have breakfast. Room was outdated. But clean . Shower in the bath was good but no grabbing rails to hold on to. . It was cheap and really good for shops. Staff was lovely. And evening meal was lovely.. definitely go back .
