Amenities include washer/dryer, WiFi, coffee bar, sun room with TV, and brand new grill on back deck. Basement includes 3 mounted big screen TVs plus a fourth TV so you're not missing any sporting events on game days!

Full bathrooms on both levels.

5 minute walk to Finkbine golf course, 20 minute walk to UIHC, Kinnick, Carver or Duane Banks field.

This is a great location, well appointed home. We were impressed with the communication from the host. We will definitely stay again!

Great place!

We found the house comfortable and clean. My teenage boys loved the hangout in the basement. It was a quick drive to everywhere we went in the area. We would book again!
