3 günlük kalışımızı 2 günde keserek geri dönmek zorunda kaldık. Odalar vasat, yataklar çok sert, çamaşır suyu kokan banyo havluları var. Kahvaltı vasat, çeşit az, kâğıt bardakta çay ve kahve içtik. Oda servisinden basit bir sipariş verdik ama 5 konuşma sonrası getirecek bir yemek bulamadıkları için iptal etmek zorunda kaldık. Akşam otelde düğün var diye park yeri bulamadığımız gibi gecenin geç saatlerine kadar gürültüsünden uyuyamadık. Personel çalışan ama surat asmadan işlerini yapsa daha iyi olur.

Hayatım boyunca karşılaştıştığım kaldığım en kötü otel olan İskenderun anemon otelde kaldım dün gece. Üstelik balayı çiftiydik sitenizden isteklerimizi yazdım dönmediler 2 kere aradım istekleri ilettim tamam dediler. Yatakları kıllı tuvaleti pis olan bir oda verdiler yazıklar olsun! Üstelik odada tek havlu vardı. Gece 1 de otele giriş yaptığım gördüğüm manzarayı resepsiyona bildirim sizi suit odaya alalım dediler. Götürdükleri odada da tek havlu vardı. Havluyu hemen getireceklerini söylediler ne gelen oldu ne giden. Balayı gecemiz rezil oldu. Bu oteli asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Odaya ödediğim paramda balayı gecemde berbat oldu! Yazıklar olsun

Bir ay arayla iki defa konakladık. İlk deneyimimiz odada lavabonun alttan akıtıyor olması, tek kişilik yatağın alt kısmının oldukça yıpranmış olması dışında özellikle kahvaltının yeterli ve güzel olması nedeniyle daha hoştu. Ancak ikinci konaklamamızda benzer sorunların yanında daha mutsuz personel (müşteriye karşı kaba ya da uygunsuz hiçbir davranışları yoktu), kahvaltı salonu neredeyse dolu olmasına rağmen yetersiz kahvaltı ve bir türlü yenilenmeyen ürünler nedeniyle, bu kadar güzel bir lokasyonda ve binada daha iyi hizmet verilebilir diye düşündürdü.

Candan personel odanın eksiklerini önemsetmiyor

Resepsiyon görevlisinden, kat hizmetlerine, restorandan, servis yapan kişilere, otel müdüründen, kapıdaki görevliye kadar herkes candan hizmet veriyor, misafirinin gereksinimlerini öngörmeye çalışıyor ve misafir memnuniyeti için insiyatif kullanıyor. Ancak odaların 5 yıldızlı bir otele göre elden geçmeye ihtiyacı var. Örneğin benim odamın banyosunda tavan akmıştı ve baz kartonpiyerler dökülmüştü. Aynı zamanda artık bu kalitedeki her otelde odada espresso makinesi oluyor.
