WELCOME TO FISHER POINT LODGE, SLEEPS 20, 875.00 per night plus fees, BEAUTIFUL!

On a fenced five acres, with fabulous views and wildlife, this beautiful 5800 Sq foot, 4 bedroom, all with on-suite baths, plus 2 half baths, cabin/lodge sleeps 20. Enjoy a 10% discount with 7 night stay. This cabin does not have air conditioning but is equipped with ceiling fans and/or stand up fans in every room.
We strive to have a clean and safe environment at Fisher Point. All bedding and linens are sanitized between guests. Countertops, doorknobs, and all common surfaces(bathrooms, kitchen) are cleaned and sanitized between guests. The cabin is clean and comfortable, and ready for you to make wonderful memories while visiting Island Park and Yellowstone National Park,.
The coatroom has seating for removing shoes, and is stocked with games and towels to be used outside. Next door is a half bath.
The kitchen is well equipped with a sub-zero refrigerator with ice maker, commercial Viking gas range with warming hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, Keurig, and all the dishes and utensils you will need. Two tables and the island seat up to 20 people.
The living room has a double sided gas fireplace and comfortable seating as well as windows for panoramic views.
The master bedroom is on the main floor, has a king size bed, and access to the wrap around deck. The attached master bath includes a walk in shower, double vanity, and a huge copper soaking tub.
Upstairs is a common area with a bedroom on each side. The Common area has great views, seating, a television and a game table. A queen futon can be used for extra seating and extra sleeping. Each bedroom has its own bath with shower/tub combinations and two queen beds. One bedroom is equipped with a child/s crib.
Downstairs has a huge game room with a pool table, and air hockey table. A NEW fooseball table was just added. There is plenty of seating, a double sided gas fireplace, a television, and a wet bar. A daybed with a trundle (sleeps two people in two twin beds) and a Queen, very comfortable, futon are located in the game room.The media room is on this floor, with large, comfortable recliner seating, and a big screen television. Another bedroom with two queen beds and its own bathroom with shower/tub combination are on this floor. There is also another 1/2 bath. The lower floor is always cool and pleasant.
Laundry room is on the main floor with a large washer and dryer. Laundry soap is provided.
A huge deck wraps around the outside of the cabin. There is ample seating as well as tables and a large outdoor grill. Propane is provided for the grill. This deck is perfect for watching the frequent elk, deer, and moose. An outdoor firepit for roasting marshmallows and enjoying a roaring fire is easily accessible from the deck or from the game room.
The cabin is located on the south-west side of Henry s Lake 20 minutes from West Yellowstone and the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Quad and Razor trails are at the front door. Restaurants, the golf course, sight seeing, fishing, hunting, rafting , horseback riding, hiking, biking, and all water sports are just minutes away.

Breathtaking!

The house was amazing! There was 16 of us who stayed. Grandparents stayed on the main floor so they didn't have to do the stairs. The views are breathtaking. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, and more. We went to Yellowstone 4 days that we were there and it was about a 30 min drive to the park entrance (that includes waiting in the line to get in). Thank you so much for having us! We would all come back again for sure!

Perfect for Extended Family

Carolyn was wonderful to work with for our 8 night stay. All my expectations were exceeded. The whole house was stocked with anything one could possibly need. The grandchildren loved making s’mores with the items Carolyn and Sam left for us. There was ample space to gather together or to have some alone time. The beautiful scenery around the house added to the experience. I highly recommend renting this house for your vacation.

Neldner Family 2025 Yellowstone Trip

We very much enjoyed our time at Sam & Carolyn’s place. It’s was everything we expected and more. The spaces are actually larger than the photos show. So often it’s the opposite, but not in this case. The Foosball table was a big hit with many of us. The proximity to Yellowstone is about 25 minutes and worked out well. Thank You!!!

Great stay

We stayed at this property the beginning of July with our family of 11 and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house was great, well appointed and furnished and included everything we needed for our group which included a one year old. Caroline was extremely responsive to our questions and requests and we would not hesitate in staying here again. The location is fabulous and provides a great deal of privacy. Sitting out on the deck for coffee in the morning and drinks at night was so enjoyable; the cool air was so refreshing for us Houstonians and the stars were incredible. If I had to think of an item to possible improve upon is the lack of curtains in the kitchen and living room. We were there during a “heat wave” (92deg) and the afternoon sun made it impossible to sit in the kitchen or living room until very late in the day. But this was likely an anomaly as I’m sure it rarely gets this hot there. Hopefully we will come again; We had a blast.

Great stay for Yellowstone

We enjoyed our stay at Carolyn's house! The house was just as described in the listing. It is a beautiful property with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is large and has plenty of space to cook for a large group. Although there is no A/C, we opened the windows on warm nights. The drive to the West Yellowstone entrance was 20-30 minutes, which was perfect for our group. We would stay here again!

Fantastic cabin convenient to Yellowstone.

Our group of 14, ages 6 to 71, enjoyed the super- sized cabin in Island Park. It was convenient to Yellowstone and the town of West Yellowstone, and a two hour drive to Jackson. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We found the large kitchen was ideal for three or even four people to prep meals without bumping into each other. The grounds were a big hit for many evenings of ball games. The super game room had many rounds of friendly competition all throughout the week. Our host suggested “Connie’s Restaurant “ which we did as pickup for our first night’s dinner. . It was delicious and actually covered 2-1/2 meals for us. The cornbread was the groups favorite!! Order it!! We did whitewater river rafting, swam in Lake Henry, visited Yellowstone several days, and had private fly fishing lessons, even the 6 yr old!! At night we heard wolf pups yipping and howling. Carolyn was responsive to questions we had. We highly recommend this cabin to others. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely Terrific

Our group of 12 had a tremendous time at the lodge. Plenty of room for the kids to be kids and the grown ups to relax. It was very well stocked and the owner was extremely communicative and friendly. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again in future.

Yellowstone family reunion

This home is as good or better than described in the listing! Everything was beautiful, extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location for us. Close to Yellowstone National Park. Landscape around tje house was gorgeous. Game room and movie room did not disappoint. If we are ever in this area again, we would definitely stay here.

As Good As It Looks! Maybe Better

A lovely property with large rooms and bathrooms and no neighbors within shouting distance. Excellent communication with the hosts, but it would be a challenge to find in the dark. Took us about 20 minutes to get to West Yellowstone. Have to dig deep to come up with a complaint: That would be that we were instructed to strip the beds and put towels in the laundry room. We take pride in leaving a place looking good and would have done that anyway. But not the kind of thing one likes to be told to do.

Turning 50

We took this trip for my 50th birthday and it was an excellent location!!! The house is exactly as seen in pictures--very well stocked with anything you could ever need--and the owners were great to communicate with--they even had a very nice typed up booklet to let you know where to find everything--it was great!!

Fabulous week in Idaho

We had a family vacation with our kids and grandkids and the experience couldn't have been better. It was a perfect centrally location for what we wanted to do. We were able to get to Yellowstone several times, spend time in West Yellowstone, float the Henry's Fork, visit Big Springs and fish in Henry's Lake. The fish were hard to catch but BIG. Carolyn and Sam were great hosts. It was near perfect.

Perfect Family Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at Fisher Point Lodge. Our group had 6 adults and 4 children ages 2-8. The home was perfect for our family. The children had plenty of room to play inside and around the 5 acre fenced yard outside. We enjoyed the ping pong table, air hockey, pool table and theatre room. We also made smores one night in the fire pit. One of the best features for a family is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with bath/shower. This meant everyone truly had their own space. 30 minutes to West Yellowstone. We highly recommend this cabin for families.

Family Yellowstone Trip

We had three generations with us. Great set up for our large group. Kids and teens loved all space and the games in the lower level and plenty of common space to gather, cook, eat and so on the other 2 levels. We explored the park and other things in the area. Best Vacation Cabin Ever!

Carolyn & Sam were wonderful hosts and perfectly designed their extraordinary home! They thought of every detail! We loved to remote location and waking up to wildlife with stunning Mountain View’s from every angle of the home. It was more than enough space for 14 of us. They provided everything you could need, from cooking supplies, appliances, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, etc. Plus they took out the trash for us. We loved the fire pit, the s’mores they provided, gorgeous sunsets & a plethora of games. The online photos do not do this immaculate home justice! Much more beautiful in person! This was our family’s trip of a lifetime! Unlike any we’ve gone on in the past, and this home was a major contributor as to why! A big thank you to Carolyn & Sam! Highly recommended!

Awesome family vacation

My family, 20 of us, ages 6-76, had a fabulous vacation. We spent most our time in Yellowstone and had so much fun back at the cabin. It’s comfortable, very spacious, and a space for every activity. Plenty of seating and tables, and the views were peaceful and gorgeous. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the deck and talking. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation Fisher Point Lodge and Yellowstone NP

This enormous log cabin was perfect in every way. It is exactly as advertised, if not more! The hosts, Carolyn and Sam are super friendly and responsive to any questions in a very timely manor. The setting is beautiful and relaxing to come home to after a long day exploring Yellowstone NP. We had ages 19 months to 70 years and there was something for all ages to enjoy, right there on site. Only 20 minutes to West Yellowstone entrance to the park, but be prepared for delays entering due to long lines. I would highly recommend this this VRBO!

Awesome getaway!

We planned our family vacation to Yellowstone and loved staying at this amazing property. It was quiet and had everything we needed. All the kids loved the theater room and games in the basement. Great place for anyone looking to accommodate a larger group.

Rental property near West Yellowstone

This house had everything you need to stay in a rental property. It is spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Plenty of room for many guests with lots to do inside ( in case of bad weather) which includes a big media room, air hockey and ping pong table, etc. I highly recommend renting this place.
