You can't get closer to the ocean!



Completely updated condo in gated Wild Dunes, Charleston's Island Resort! King bed with high quality linens, pullout queen sofa bed,

WiFi, flat panel TVs, washer, dryer, and fully stocked kitchen with not only essentials but also a coffeemaker, blender, and more. Conveniently located on the first floor (though it is a two-floor unit,) steps away from the condo complexes' private pool and beachfront.



NO PETS, SMOKING, OR PARTIES ALLOWED.



The Space:

There is so much to do on this property or if you venture offsite. Within the gated Wild Dunes community enjoy bike riding, the beach which is only a 5 minute walk, the condo complexes' private, secured pool, playground (Backcourt Drive), basketball court, crabbing dock (behind Lagoon Villas), miles of biking/walking trails, Grand Pavilion Boardwalk (after 6pm,) as well as the following amenities available for a fee: The Wild Dunes Links and Harbor Golf Courses, driving range, tennis clinics (morning only), golf lessons and clinics, Sand and Sea Spa, shops, and various on-property restaurants including a deli, pizza shop, grill, and ice cream shop (seasonal) to name a few.



If you choose to venture offsite, the beauty and charm of Charleston is only 12 miles away.



The community of Isle of Palms is incredibly charming, the Wild Dunes complex amazing, and the condo beautiful.



Guest Access:

Guests may use the pool private to guests of the condo complex. Access to Wild Dunes restaurants, walking trails, golf (for a fee), tennis clinics (for a fee) also exist. We do not have access to the resort's hotel pool but the pool at the condo complex is quieter and just steps from the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Wild Dunes, "Charleston's Island Resort" is located within Isle of Palms, a beach town approximately 12 miles from Charleston.  It can be described as having plenty to do without being touristy.  There are quaint shops and restaurants and relaxing yet fun things to do on the island including water sports, fishing, tennis and golf.



The historic and beautiful city of Charleston is only 12 miles away. Enjoy an open air market; numerous plantations; kayaking, canoe, and paddle board tours; amazing restaurants; harbor cruises; aquarium, and carriage rides in this great city.



Neighboring towns to Isle of Palms include the quaint and fun Sullivan's Island and the suburbia Mount Pleasant.  Both offer great restaurants, shops and entertainment, including great putt putt and ice cream!



Getting Around:

The condo complex has its own parking lot. The community is gated.



Other Things to Note:

For your beach day, you'll find chairs in the closet on the screened-in porch along with a beach cart and an umbrella. We hope you enjoy them!

This is a lovely place right on the beach with a wonderful view of dunes and ocean. It is a quick walk over the boardwalk to the beach. The area is quiet and the unit has had a marvelous renovation with a great kitchen and bathroom. The only thing that could be upgraded are the polyester sheets and blankets as cotton would be more comfortable.Cheryl was great to deal with - prompt and accommodating and we appreciated that.

We absolutely loved it here! The condo was so clean and lovely and the back porch and view with the dunes was so beautiful and peaceful. Everything was perfect. This has been our favorite VRBO rental and we look forward to coming back and staying here annually!

Perfect setting. First floor, ocean front, board walk from screened in porch all the way to the beach!! Beautiful view of the dunes and ocean. Very nice pool area as well. Covered parking with covered storage area for bikes. Interior just as photos show. The shower was perfection!

This Mariners Walk unit is a perfect place to relax! The swing and rockers on the porch invite you to rest, catch your breath and unwind! Being so close to the beach makes for a wonderful day - so easy to go back and forth. We love Wild Dunes - walking “the loop” every morning, playing golf and enjoy the boardwalk shops. We also love being so close to great restaurants in Charleston and fun in Shems Creek! This unit has all you need to be refreshed in mind, body and soul!

Relaxing beach vacation

Very easy to book this property. As our trip neared, quick, easy communication with the owners / management co. Everything was exactly as explained. Clear concise directions and procedure info. The beach was 132 steps from the porch. Listening to the waves crash was sooo relaxing. Sitting on the front porch watching the sunrise was just fantastic.The premise was clean and pin-perfect. Highly recommend this property for a “I don’t want to do a dam thing except relax” vacation. Perfect place to put the phone away and reconnect. Many good restaurants within 20 min drive. Not far just have to drive slow. I’d say give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

Family Vacation Stay

We had an amazing time at this beach house—the location was perfect! The place itself was super relaxing, and we loved how easy it was to unwind after a day in the sun. Our toddler had a blast running straight from the house to the beach (seriously, the access couldn’t have been easier!). Between building sandcastles, splashing in the waves, and chilling on the porch, our family made so many memories we’ll never forget.

We absolutely loved this property! You cannot ask for a better location. The screened porch has the most beautiful ocean view and breezes. The property was immaculately clean, and it was very quiet all week. It’s a short, easy walk to both the beach and the pool. The property manager was attentive to our needs. We will be back for sure!

On the beach rental

Had a great few days. Screened in porch was wonderful. Listing says “tennis (for a fee)” but this does not include access to the Wild Dunes courts to just play tennis with my husband. We made out ok by finding public courts outside the resort. With this rental, you have access to the Wild Dunes tennis clinics for roughly 50 each Instructions were not clear on which entrance to go through to get a dashboard plackard for the length of our stay. Entrance is made through the residents gate. Enjoyed IOP very much and the unit was very nice and well equipped.

Marvelous midweek getaway

We enjoyed our visit so much. The condo is updated so nicely. We have been coming to Wild Dunes for many years and Mariners Walk is our favorite complex. Sitting on the porch and seeing and hearing the ocean is the best. We definitely recommend 12B!

Great Location

Being immunocompromised, this was a terrific stay! We had the beach basically to ourselves and could enjoy sunrises from the comfort of the porch if we chose! A clean place and super easy check in/check out with lots of car put into the rental.
