A fully equipped kitchen with tile flooring and bar seating for two, in addition to the dining area with table and chairs for six provides plenty of space and convenience for your mealtime needs. If you prefer al fresco dining, enjoy your meals at a four seat table on the balcony as inhale the salty breeze and the sounds of the sea. Just steps from the beach and the Shipwatch pool, this spacious villa comfortably sleeps seven. The master bedroom features a king bed with a brand-new mattress upgrade as of March 2025. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes both a queen and a double bed. Each bedroom has its own well-appointed bathroom for added convenience. **ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
