🍇⛰️ In the heart of Alsace (Haut-Rhin) and at the foot of the Grand Ballon (Vosges), Issenheim is a beautiful village between Colmar and Mulhouse, ideally located between the Wine Route, the Crest Route, and the Roman Route.
It is a starting point for lovely walks through the nearby vineyards or along the marked trails of the Guebwiller region.

La Maison Blanche is located in Issenheim, this beautiful 140m² house will welcome you with your family or friends. Enjoy this spacious place; it’s a peaceful haven with a large private garden behind the house.
This house is situated in a village 20 km from Mulhouse. Issenheim is a small village with a supermarket in the town centre, a bakery, an ATM, and a selection of shops.

The house consists of the following on the first level: 🛋️ A living room with a sofa corner, television, and for those who enjoy reading, a selection of books in the library, as well as a dining area.
🍴 The dining kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (Senseo), toaster, pans, pots, crockery, and cooking utensils.
For your winter evenings, a raclette machine is available.
🚿🚽 A bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet, on the ground floor.

Upstairs: 🛏️ A bedroom with a double bed.
🛏️ A bedroom with a double bed.
🛏️ A bedroom with a double bed, connecting to a children's room with a single bed and a cot with bars.
🌞 A balcony is accessible for relaxing or enjoying a coffee.

🏡 The entire property will be yours. Always aiming to provide the best experience during your stay:
🧹 Cleaning will be done.
🛏️ The beds will be made with clean sheets.
🧼 Clean towels will be provided, along with a bath mat and a tea towel in the kitchen.

🅿️ The property includes: 3 free parking spaces in the driveway next to the house.

House rules: 🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas, or any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using any smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.

⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.

🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes the change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the house, and the bathrooms.

🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, empty the bins, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the house. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can request an additional "full cleaning" option for €30 before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, €60 cleaning penalties will be charged.

📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as the information required for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons staying does not match the booking details, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
