We only crashed here for a very short night on a layover - it was fine for that. Tiny room and noisy street so we didn't get much sleep. We chose this place because it said shuttle service available - be aware that it's a rather expensive service ($25 one way to airport). The bus (H-6) is the cheap alternative, but iffy if you have to catch a flight! Service was great - they look after you very well!

This hotel will not provide you with a good night’s rest before your flight. It is on the flight path, has thin walls, a gap under the door and a hall light that blinks on and off all night. The staff were friendly though.

The hotel deliberately oversells the big rooms they no longer have. They message you regarding your booking, transfer, etc. but they don’t even mention the room you paid for is unavailable. On arrival they give you their standard room, which is tiny. When you point out it’s not the room you bought, they blame it on “technical issues” on their system but they don’t even offer to refund you the price difference. We were taken to their sister hotel World Class Airport Hotel on the main road with traffic, big lorries 24/7. Awful. They told me the hotel is in a quiet area, which was dishonest. Our room had a strong smell of sigarrets/smoking. It was awful for my 5 year old. Breakfast was poor. Transfer was awful. The driver was late. When he eventually arrived, he was driving like crazy, which made my journey to the airport extremely stressful The driver told me he had to drive so fast because he was late and he had to come back to take another guest to the airport. He wouldn’t slow down! My child was scared. Absolutely awful. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was super amazing. The facility served its purpose for us catching an early morning flight out of IST and not having to travel all the way from the main part of downtown Istanbul. Was able to pay for pick up and drop off to the airport and it was in a very nice spacious and luxurious sprinter van. I left my jacket in the hotel and the staff brought it back to the airport in time for me to catch my flight. They were wonderful. I would recommend staying here for short term stay.

I had one of best layovers in this hotel Very clean and neat , staff in really helpful from the get go , impressive service and attitude for the cost per night , used their shuttle and was on time , I was greated very kindly from the airport to the hotel , very comfy room , bed , the room temperature is good with a new AC , Dinara the receptionist and her assistant Batu did a wonderful job making this stay one of my best , I’ll be coming back next time but with my family
