Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD
- Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD
- A surcharge of $40 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost

In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73.
