I've been Istanbul 7 times and this was the very best of all my stays. I will definitely return to this hotel. The staff, especially Burac was amazing, he was so helpful and tried his best to make our stay comfortable. The only 2 things downside about this hotel are: 1. they have 2 single beds joined together to make a double bed, which wasn't comfortable and neither what we had expected when we requested for a double bed and 2. the limited actual double beds they had were more towards the front of the hotel and you can hear the ever-so-loud music playing outside from the restaurant across the road through the night till so late at night. Besides these 2 disadvantages, I actually really liked this hotel, the rooms are actually soundproof and spacious, the breakfast was fine, the staff were really helpful and i had a nice stay. The metro is a walking distance, shopping in Fatih was also a walking distance, the Tram is also a short walk away and the best thing was having the whole spa facilities to us alone and it was absolutelty worth the hourly price. There's food places round the corner which are reasonably priced too. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Expedia states swimming pool opening hours and the hotel charges $20 per hour to use it. However the lovely staff did give some free sessions becuae of this. Breakfast buffent needs more adding or changes Overall loveky location

The checkin was very smooth and professional. The room was very clean and nicely maintained. The breakfast was nice with mix of salads. The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to tram station. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The person who checked us in was unprofessional and blatantly disrespectful. We had paid for a two-bed room, but upon arrival, we were given a three-bed room with one large bed. This wasn’t an upgrade—they were clearly trying to offload a subpar room. The condition of the room was appalling: the floor was wet, and the entire space reeked, likely from someone having vomited and a poor attempt at cleaning it up. When we requested the room we had originally booked and paid for, we were told the hotel was fully booked and no changes could be made. The level of service and the state of the room were unacceptable. Frankly, the only thing this hotel deserves is the same as in the iconic movie "Home Alone 2", the used chewed gum.
