The hotel is 5 stars by all means, clean, excellent hospitality, great service and very nice breakfast. The staff at break fast restaurant are all very supportive, very special thanks to Mert (and his other colleague that I could not get his name). Both were very friendly with us and with my baby son.

The service is amazing and the staff are super helpful and friendly! Front desk helped us many times. The hotel is very clean. Sometimes it is a bit hard to find a taxi to all the touristy destinations and it is about a 35 min drive. All attractions are further away. The beds are not comfortable and the bathrooms are pretty dim. I wish all other places had service and people like them!!! Thank you dear managers for making us feel so welcome!
