Great Upscale Hotel

The hotel is fully updated. Rooms are upscale and beautiful. Location is great. 7 minute walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Restaurants nearby. The staff is polite and service was excellent. The amenities were great.

This is great hotel. Walking distance to grand bazar. Room was clean. Staff was awesome, great people and hospitality. The manager “Ibrahim” was great. We requested extra time for checkout so the manager allowed it.

The staff is quite amazing, no other words. Very committed and communicative, their english is at a top level and very friendly. The most pleasant stay in Istanbul fore sure in the last few years that I had. Recommend it for sure!

Hotel excelente moderno limpo e bem localizado.

Excelente hotel. Bem localizado e com bom café da manhã. Muito limpo, moderno, atendimento excepcional, amenidades muito boas, fazem todo o possível para agradar e acomodar bem os hospedes, atendendo necessidades especiais quando necessário. Dá para ir caminhando até pontos turísticos importantes e fica a poucos metros do Tran de Istambul. Recomendo totalmente!

So Close to Everything!

We got to the hotel at 7am and they graciously checked us in! The front desk staff was very accommodating. Then we met the Concierge, Fatih. Fatih planned our days and guided us to the tram, the cruise, the best time to visit all the sites. He was invaluable. Fer Is very conveniently located; within walking distance to the mosque complex. Would visit again. I

All the staff at the hotel were great. The breakfast was consistently great and Fatih from the Fer Hotel was fantastic with suggestions and information on where to go, and what to do. The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. A very trustworthy and wonderful hotel to stay at. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Turkey.
