Everything was excellent but one little thing that could have been better; they were missing few items in the menu at the restaurant.

The hotel is very close to Istanbul Intl airport and it is easy to get there. Hotel has transportation to ensure you get back to the airport when needed.
Hotel and staff are great! very comfortable and nice and staff was very professional and amicable.
Just be mindful that hotel is located in the middle of nowhere so no activities at walking distance whatsoever. Still safe and easy to access.

I had an 12 hour layover in Istanbul and instead of the airport hotel I decided to give this place a try. Because I was arriving after midnight ( and few reviews mentioned taxis having hard time finding it) I called and arranged for a round trip transfer for 35 Euros. I was met on time and it was a 15 minute drive. Front office staff was very welcoming and they had a staff member escort me to the room.
I had trouble with heating the room and was immediately switched to another room ( they even made sure heat was working properly before moving me). Breakfas was served in the roomand was ample for one person. They even sent an extra fruit plate. I was very happy with my stay especially when I opened my balcony door and got fresh air and saw the beautiful green pastoral views. I wish I had more time to spend. I will definately keep in mind for next long layover and recommend Menalo to friends and family.
