Above and Beyond Hospitality!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully arranged, and our room looked brand new after being fully remodeled. The staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Since we had an early flight the next morning, we thought we’d miss out on the complimentary breakfast, but the staff went above and beyond. They offered us freshly made sandwiches and even made us Turkish coffee to go. They also arranged our airport transfer at a very fair price, and the ride even came with a full bar service! Everything about our experience was perfect. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this hotel!

All perfect the transfer between airport its only whit extra cost. The bedrooms are to small but beatiful. Nonplace to take the breakfast so leave you in the beedroom.

It’s about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport. The property is new and the room was a good size for two people with two large luggage. The bathroom was big and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check and check out was also easy.

Located 10 mins from the airport, opted for uber EUR10, half the price of the offered hotel transport. Room was a little loud, we were only there for a few hours before heading to the airport. Aircon wasn't great. Would use again.

Not recommended for the tourists

This hotel gave us one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. I reserved a room for 3 adults, but because one of the adults in our group arrived just a few hours later, the front desk forced us to book another room for him. They even said that if we didn’t, he would have to stay in the lobby. This was extremely unprofessional, unfair, and felt like they were taking advantage of us as tourists. To make things worse, the man at the front desk screamed at me in front of my children. My kids were terrified and had a very bad experience—they were shaken and scared the entire evening. No parent should have to see their children treated this way at a hotel where we are supposed to feel safe and welcomed. Yes, the hotel is clean, and one young staff member was kind and helped me with my suitcases since I had children with me. But that small kindness cannot make up for the unprofessional, rude, and downright hostile behavior we experienced. I would never recommend this hotel to families. Travelers deserve respect, not intimidation.

Overall an excellent experience, the pick up service could do with improving they took an hour to collect me from the airport, maybe only sent a driver after I landed. The photo of the pick up spot does not exist it must be from a different airport. Otherwise staff were friendly breakfast was in the room, simple traditional Turkish.

Very nice little hotel close to the Istanbul airport. Staff is helpful and nice, facilities are new and clean. The only problem is that the hotel is located in an area under construction. There’s not much to do around. Good value for money though….

They have not restaurant so that they bring a rediculus breakfast to your room where there is no any table to seat. The gentleman in their reception is not friendly but the two teenagers are nice. The hotel made my money for this trip wasted because of bad breakfast
