Hereâs the thingâbrutal truth for a place that should have been amazing (maybe the photos are old?).
The location is great, but the reality doesnât match the pictures. The place feels very tired.
Room & Bedding: The furniture is worn, full of cigarette burns, and the bed was hard. Instead of a duvet, they gave us a throw, and when I asked for a proper duvet, I was questioned about it. The bedding overall was poor.
Food: My wifeâs meal was overcooked, mine was undercooked. I originally ordered fettuccine and asked to add chicken (and pay extra), but was declined. I ended up with a burger, and my wife's meal tasted like a frozen dinner.
Amenities: The dock was locked, which ruined my early morning swim. I didnât come for the poolâI came to swim in the sea. Instead, I ran into a locked gate and was told âthe pool is closed.â That alone was a deal breaker.
Logistics: Checkout is at 12, but breakfast is only 9â11. So youâre forced to choose between a swim or breakfastâmakes no sense.
Value: For $350 a night, this felt like a $75 stay. Youâre paying for the view, nothing else.
