Property is clean. The receptionist even helped us with laundry after hours as we checked in late. He was very kind and the room was very nice with sea view. Definitely recommend.

Very good position. Near transport,shops and restaurants. Boys at the desk were very helpful. There is actually a lift in these appartments . Around the corner is Galata Tower. Overall good stay with parents

The hotel is really nice. The staff is very friendly and always helped with every question. It was birthday and we received a free gift from the hotel in the form of balloons, room decorations and a compliment of wine and fruits. Great location and close to main attractions. Great little hotel in the heart of Karakoy

Exceptionally clean facility and room. Very good 24/7 staff. Very attentive to all of our needs. Greta communication. Rooms and bed very comfortable. Bathroom what you would expect in a western hotel - very spacious shower. Overall I would give a ten!
