Thank you, Craton hotel,we are enjoyed our staying
The hotel is OK. But in this price range there are several better hotels. The reason I stay here is that the gym is really good, while floor with good equipment rather than what most hotels have.
Unfortunately the AC doesnât work properly so my room was quite hot. Changed room once because of this but the new room was more or less the same. Seems like their AC doesnât have the capacity that is needed.
The overall stay was disappointing, unfortunately.
The hotel has not been maintained for a long time it seems. Our room had a broken mirror and the bathroom was flooded after every shower. None of the drains, including the in the sinkâs, worked. The pool/spa area had the same issues - no maintenance at all.
The walls are paper thin and you better bring earplugs if you want a full nightâs sleep.
We paid for the breakfast but were really disappointed. Probably the worst coffee and juices ever served.
The people working there were nice and polite, which makes up for some of the other issues.
