Big and spacious! Loved that there were two living areas so the kids had room to hang out while the adults hung out. The extras like the theatre room, air hockey, arcade, and hot tub were awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. There were enough towels, garbage bags, and paper towels to last (unlike other places). We were able to text someone anytime before/during our stay if needed. We'll definitely be staying there again!

Great place- super clean and plenty of space for cooking, eating, and hanging out at a family Thanksgiving reunion. Host was super responsive when we had trouble getting some tech to work- they came right over to fix it. Comfortable beds. Great location, too, close to a shopping center, pickleball courts, and multiple pools, and biking distance to Snow Canyon State Park for biking and hiking. We hope to return!

Great layout, bathroom for every bedroom, clean, well maintained, nice hot tub, good pools, good location. The video games did not work, except one, which was disappointing. Overall this house worked well for 12 adults and 1 infant, and we enjoyed our time there.

There were 16 of us which included my husband and I, our 3 sons and spouses, and 8 grandkids (7 of which are boys). The main attraction was the arcade games and the kids were so excited to play with them. After we arrived we saw that the 2 driving arcade games had signs on them stating that they were out of order. Huge disappointment. The two player unit was hard for the kids and adults to figure out even though there was a sign explaining the steps to go through to get online and get the games going, so there was basically one game left that they could play. Eventually they gave up. The air hockey table had several uneven cracks but they were able to still play it for the most part. The theater room was a lifesaver, which helped to keep the kids occupied when we weren’t spending our days at the water park and pool. All the adults complained about the sagging mattresses but the kids had fun in the bunk room, except for the live scorpion found under one of the bunk beds. The outdoor cushions were pretty gross and need to be cleaned. I also didn’t like having to put them all on and back off before we left, both downstairs and the upper patio. It was pretty time consuming with all of the dining chair cushions needing to be fastened with Velcro loops. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with all of the essentials. The main benefit was all of the beds in the bunk room for all of the kids, with beds to spare. We had fun.

Perfection!

This home has the best stocked kitchen of anywhere we have ever stayed! Griddles, mixers, crockpot, grill, knives, measuring cups, 2 fridges, and more! The layout was perfect for our family reunion. We had kids from 10-22 plus the parents. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, with each room having a bathroom assigned. The arcades were very fun for the teenage boys! The close proximity to the pool was fun as well as the grass area we used for croquet. Our only minor complaint, was the pictures showed a kid pool and lazy river, but when we attempted to go, we were told we need an additional FOB or wristband. Overall, it was a perfect home and we would stay here again!

Awesome!

Awesome house. We loved it, but the refrigerator in the house does not keep things cold, our milk and yogurt spoiled. The refrigerator in the garage is great. I will definitely stay here again, I just hope they fix the fridge. Thanks for a great and fun rental.

Great Space

We went down with some friends for the Snow Canyon Half Marathon. It was close to all we needed and accommodating for our group of 20 (8 adults, 12 kids). The projector stopped working while we were there and they came over to try and fix it pretty quickly. They were unable to do so and suggested we receive some reimbursement for it. They have not given that yet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and the space provided for 4 families.

We had 4 adults and 11 kids and this house was great! All the adults had their own room and bathroom while the kids fit on the bunk room with two bathrooms. The downstairs theater and arcade room (unfortunately only 2 of the 3 machines worked) was awesome and kept the kids and noise downstairs. Lots of room in the kitchen and dining area for eating. Went during record heat but the house and pools kept everyone very entertained. Only critique would be while it felt surface clean there was stuff under couches and beds (like a vape!) and fans and such look dirty. But overall great and for sure would stay there again!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at the Arcade home despite two of the arcade machines not working. We were notified before we got there that parts had been ordered, but they wouldn't get there in time for our stay. That was disappointing. When we arrived we noticed that a third machine didn't work either, however, they responded quickly to my text and had a repairman there the next day who was able to get it working again. We enjoyed our time at both pool areas. The splash pad/lazy river is about a block and a half away, so we were grateful we had a stroller for the toddler. The pool just down the street was fun too. The home is beautiful and met our needs. I really appreciated how responsive the management company was. They were easy to communicate with. I would rent there again.

Ideal for our group of 25. There were 5 bedrooms (although some online information suggested there were 6). The unit was close to the pools. There was a large family room where all the grandkids could play games, etc.
