Front desk staff was friendly & very helpful in answering questions. She was a welcoming face to the hotel. Housekeeping was amazing as well. Restaurant staff (when you could find them) did an acceptable job.

We had a short stay before flying back home. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. The free-shuttle service to the airport is really nice and available any time. The room was clean and comfy

Excellent service. Picked up by shuttle bus and taken to hotel, which is a short ride away. Checkin was quick and receptionist was friendy, yet proessional. Upgraded me because of my booking and it was huge, with its own lounge area. Very clean and massive bed.

Comfortable accommodation, excellent staff support

UGenerally very satisfied with everything. Hotel also were helpful when we were bothered by teenagers from neighboring rooms that were part of some school or sporting trip. They moved us without an issue to a better room on a lower floor. Staff were also very helpful with using the hotel’s transfer vehicle to move us back and forth between the hotel and the airport terminal as required - we had to return the morning after our late arrival to pick up a rental car.
