It all started with the front counter staff, they will walk over you and not greet you. Then my credit card was put in another person’s room and it was being charged daily, $600, $500. The staff clueless until I finally got a good manager who was able to help me. Not worth the stress.

I am still waiting to hear from the owner of the Condo. The front desk said any problems would have to be addressed with them and they had nothing to do with the Condo's. The TV in the main room wasn't working for the duration of my stay (09/29-10/04). Multiple early visits from maintenance and on the last day the cable company rushed check out!

Beautiful but...

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. You definitely get what you pay for in the lodging. Unfortunately, the food service that was catered by the hotel kitchen for our event was mediocre and severely short on quantity. The personnel at the front desk were great, but the lack of functioning computer check-in systems, bad key card coding systems, and the general disorganization was a complete trip-ruiner

The finish in bathtub in our room was peeling terribly and is in serious need of renovation. Room was nice but for an upscale hotel, this was not a good impression.

The view outside our window was absoulutley stunning of the Snow King Mountain. The gondola ride to the top of the Snow King Mountain overlooked the entire town of Jackson Hole and the Teton Mountains. We had a great time!!

The view of the ski lift was ok. We saw deer outside the window one morning. However, men were working right outside our window so felt awkward. The food was really good but I wish they had a coffee shop. I was disappointed that there was no real creamer left in the rooms. There was no bar in the shower. The beds did sleep very good though and the rooms were very clean.
