We have stayed in the hotel before and enjoyed it, but this time the Front desk staff seemed overworked, angry and resentful. Found it disappointing that coffee service does not begin until 630 AM, The shuttle service is a huge bonus and the driver was very pleasant.

The resort was a great place to stay! Everyone was nice and friendly. The location was right in town and a convenient distance from the town and the National Park. Loved this place!
