Was a very nice stay in the heart downtown Jackson. Room was clean on arrival, in need of repairs. In which they were doing in other rooms in the build. Front Desk was Excellent, super nice and very friendly. Kitchen Staff was great too. I would definitely stay there again.

Property is obviously under rehab. Our room had not been done yet. Bed was very uncomfortable. More bumped into rehab/management staff the next morning and found them unfriendly. Wearing logo attire, they represent the entire property. The property is going to be very nice, not sure what pricing will do. Room was very clean, just worn.

The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the center of town and for getting on the road to the parks. Will definitely stay here again.

The property has been around since the 60's, but they have done an excellent job at updating and modernizing it. The room was larger than expected, well-maintained, clean, and well organized. The location was great, just a little ways away from the main square. The heated tiles were amazing!

We were in 4203, the main building which we recommend. Room had stacked double bed separate from room with king size. Even the bathroom floor had a thermostat for the floors. This is an outstanding hotel.

The gentleman checking us was so kind. We were very tired, traveled thru Yellowstone and because of road conditions couldn’t drive to Cody and made the long trip here. The facility is beautiful and can’t wait to see it in the daylight. Would highly recommend this hotel!

It was a lovely room. We stayed for 4 nights and the service on all ends was amazing. The chocolate chip cookies that come out in late afternoon were warm and yummy! The room was kept super clean and the smell in the halls was amazing.

The hotel room was big, but has a certain “vintage charm” (read: old and outdated). Breakfast was good, and the staff tending it were nice. The front desk answered all our questions… with just enough attitude to make us feel like we should have known everything about the hotel before even arriving. We spoke with three different people, and each seemed a little too practiced at looking like they’d rather be anywhere else. The location was great, and we would stay here again just for that convenience.
