Upon check-in on Monday, we found our toilet not working. Due to the hotel being fully booked we were told there wasn’t another room to move us to. The front desk was informed and we were told it that maintenance could check it on Tuesday as it was too late on Monday to call them? We were out during the day on Tuesday at our conference and I returned to find the toilet still hadn’t been fixed and hadn’t even been seen about. At check out on Wednesday, I informed the new clerk about the issue. She added it to what looked to be a page long list of issues and said sorry. Nobody from the hotel attempted to make it right.

Floors were not that clean. Something sticky on floors. Garbage can had something gross all over and hair. Found someone’s sock by the bed. The front desk was friendly, but the room needed more attention.

The room I had was in great condition. There was one cup under the small coffee maker and it was dirty. The breakfast either wasnt completely set up when I went to get coffee or it was and the choices were slim. The coffee was good but only creamer there was loaded with sweetner, all 3 choices, and for someone that cant have sugar that was not doable. Other than that my stay was pleasant and comfortable.
