I liked everything, the breakfast was lacking but they might have been out of the regular syrup and sausage which they have had every other time I have stayed with them. The room was VERY NICE, the bed VERY COMFORTABLE. I will stay with them next time I am in that area. I am sure the ice machines will be working as they have been every other time (3) I have stayed with them.

It was clean. The only issue I had was that the walls are thin- The noise from the rooms on either side was louder than expected

Adjoining room had a smoker in it, had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to prevent smoke coming in , adult and kids up late until 2 a.m. had to turn on local weather channel for music just to drown out noise. If it wasn't so late I would have tried to change rooms.

Unsafe for Anyone, NO LOCKS

Cons: Get locks. The whole hotel is crumbling. Looks like a slasher film in the inside because it's so dark.
So... where to start? I was staying as a single young woman and did not feel safe. I didn't get a good look at the area, but the hotel itself said enough. The inside of the hotel does not live up to "Conference Center," but instead looks like one of those hotel slasher movies. In addition, the room I was given had a broken door lock - the extra thing that folds over the door. The sliding door also had no lock or bar to keep it closed. So, I asked for a different room. This time, the sliding door still did not lock. I also found an empty wallet in the room. This speaks to the regular clientele, I suppose.

It took 3 times before I got a key that would work

there was not a microwave ,no phone ,no clock and when you went to the office it was a 10 minute wait for someone to come to the desk. In general it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Not worth it

The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, the mattresses were awfully uncomfortable. My husband and I barely got any sleep. I refused to take a shower after seeing the uncleanliness of the towels: DISGUSTING! Covered in other people's hair. Next time, I will gladly pay double for a room with a better bed and cleaner towels.

I stayed for three nights and was very pleased. The first thing I noticed when walking into the room was house clean and fresh it smelled! The bed was great, very comfortable and very good on my back. I slept hard and deep, waking very rested early each morning even with the late nights I was keeping. It's better than my bed at home! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, went out of their way to assist, except for one housekeeping personnel who thought she was going to get away with not servicing my room just because my Do Not Disturb sign was on the door at 9:15am when she passed by my room, but I left the room at 9:30am and removed the sign. At 12pm when I returned she was still working that same floor, and I indicated I'd be out of the room again for the rest of the afternoon. She didn't want to service it, and gave me her excuse about the DND sign being up at 9:15am and she figured I didn't want my room serviced. I told her it was removed at 9:30am and I would prefer she service the room. She wasn't too happy about it, I didn't say another word to her but spoke with the front desk supervisor who made sure it was taken care of. Other than that, it was a great place to stay, good value for the money, free Wi-Fi, quiet (courtyard side), walking distance to many restaurants, great free breakfast. Just wish it was until 10 or 10:30am instead of 9:30am for us night owls. :-)

Econo is right!

Not very pleased with this hotel. I won't stay on the first floor. When you walk in to check all you smell is cig. smoke. Stayed on second floor and room was ok. Not a good bed! There have been some attempted repairs that were not done right. Tiles in shower were bad behind the fixtures, and granite top of the shelf above the sink is falling.
