2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Located in a quiet complex along Sadler , a second floor walk up. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, the guest room has a queen bed with an full bathroom right next door. The kitchen is lovingly stocked with everything you need for your stay. There is even a coffee corner for your morning brew which you can enjoyon your private covered balcony. You overlook a beautiful treed area which is blissfully quiet. You will love staying here.There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, and there is free Wi-Fi throughout. Two parking spaces included with rental.The complex has tennis courts and a pool for you to enjoy, and a walkway to the beach. Come and stay with us for a while.

Amelia Landings is a very private community, centrally located within Amelia Island. Only a short walk to the beach and minutes away from downtown and most dining options. Quiet and safe. A true slice of heaven to disconnect. A1A Vacation Rentals manages the rental of the property and they are truly excellent. Timely communication at all times and effortless check in process. Highly recommend.
