Bohemian Bungalow

This chic colorful apartment is newly furnished with bold colors and comfortable touches. The previous tenant was a Bohemian lady who had a flair for color so we kept the bold paint scheme and expanded on it. The apartment is part of a ground level duplex, and has mostly all new furnishings and updated appliances. The tile in the bathroom is retro style.The location is stellar as you can walk to many of the fun dining and drinking hotspots in trendy Riverside. We are located with in a mile of Interstate 10 and 2 miles from Interstate 95 and the downtown.Dedicated offstreet parking is assigned . A pet is permitted with a $ 50.00 fee up to one week! Guests staying a week or more will have access to the laundry serving my two adjacent duplexes. (A modest fee is charged. )There are security cameras on the premises. The host was very attentive and even arranged for an earlier check in for us. The place was clean and cozy. He left us cupcakes, extra pillows. And a convenient minibar. The process was easy and stress free thanks to our host. We would stay again if we come back to Jacksonville.

This was a tremendous alternative to the cookie cutter hotel room. The property was easy to find. The interior was decorated very nice. Bed was super comfortable. My wife enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the cool morning air. Our host went above and beyond. The welcome gift was delicious.

Daiv was awesome! Walked in to two delicious cupcakes and a cute little apartment that even had a honor bar. Very relaxing and walkable distance to restaurants/bars. Not to mention greatly priced! 10/10.

Nice place but shares wall with another rental

Place was clean, everything u need plus 2 Cupcakes and close to restaurants but a shared wall with another rental was the Demise of my stay as the couple were loud and probably drank too much. They carried on till 2:30 am when the male told the women to go to be, its after 2!

The perfect getaway

Me and my husband travel a lot and this by far one of the best places we’ve stayed I’d have to give it a 10/10 and put it in my Top 5, The owner was very nice he even gave us cupcakes on arrival and we were super excited about that. The rental is well equipped and stocked with things you may have forgotten. We did a one night stay and It was perfect no complaints at all

Perfect Weekend Stay

Daiv’s Riverside Retreat

First, I would like to say that the host Daiv is the best and most accommodating and responsive host you could ever ask for with his impeccable customer service, communication and personal touch. The location of the unit is great with restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place was very quiet and located in an older neighborhood with lots of newly updated older homes. The place offers everything you will need to make you feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Jacksonville.

Loved staying here! My boyfriend and I were extremely comfortable and it was a perfect location in Riverside. We I’ll def stay here again when we’re in town for another football game. The host was extremely nice and accommodating.
