Flexible and Responsive

Everything about my stay was easy and don’t let the outside fool you, the inside was very nice. Lots of space outside, beds were comfortable, kitchen & bathrooms were renovated along with the floors. Huge tvs. My friend and I throughly enjoyed our stay! :)

Where do I start first she overbooked us which we were trying to work with her and unfortunately due to our schedules it did not work because she wanted us to come in at 9:00 at night without the place being cleaned. We did get refunded for those two days however then there was a situation where the hot water did not work not one not two but almost 3 days which we have not been refunded for those days and on top of that the house was extremely dirty my husband had to walk around with socks on and on top of boiling water to wash himself and wash dishes. There was literally hair and dirt all over his socks not only that but if you look forward to a place being properly ready for you with a welcome book there was no such thing and make sure you bring your own utensils not much there to use two spoons two forks and good luck with the washer however the dryer does work great so there is a positiveness at this place.

Perfect Doll House

This house was extremely well kept and had some cute details. Everything was seamless and very secure. I received a quick response when I asked any questions. I will definitely rent again whenever I’m back in Jacksonville.
