Coastal Charm Townhome Steps from the Beach

This charming townhome has been completely remodeled with all the upgrades. When you step inside, you will be greeted with an elegant kitchen stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need. The living room contains a queen sleeper sectional, a smart HDTV, and a cozy nook. The attached open dining area is a perfect setting for 4 to enjoy their favorite meal. Downstairs includes a half bath.

There are two bedrooms and one full bath upstairs. Master bedroom has super comfy queen bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds. All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided.

Full size washer and dryer provided.

There is a beautiful paved private patio in the back perfect for relaxing in the evening shade. An outdoor private shower provides hot and cold water. A grassy courtyard area is available in the front area for you to relax and catch the ocean breeze.

Two parking spaces per unit located right outside your door.

The home is situated at the end of a very quiet dead end street. It's a short 100 yard walk to the beach. Convenient location with shopping and restaurants a block away. 15 minutes to the St Johns town center, where you will find world class shopping and dining. 30 minute scenic drive to historic St Augustine, and many championship golf courses around the corner. Mayo Clinic is a 10 min. easy drive.

Outstanding in all ways!!!

This property is beyond lovely! It’s so beautifully decorated with a refined beach flare yet so very comfortable. Every detail from a kitchen with all one needs to have a great meal to fluffy towels, oh so comfortable beds as well as beach chairs etc were provided. Truly only bring your clothes! Everything is provided. The proximity of the gorgeous beach only makes this property more desirable. Darby & Ken, the hosts, were so helpful, friendly & accessible. I loved my stay. The sand in my shoes will definitely bring me back to this wonderful townhome.

Wonderful Place!

This place was just as advertised. Loved the short walk to the beach and proximity to Whole Foods. My fiancĂ© and I both worked remotely during the trip and had good wifi service to do so. The hosts were welcoming and communicative, and we love the fact that they live next door in case we needed anything (we didn’t:) ) All amenities were plentiful: plenty of extra towels and blankets, outdoor chairs and beach supplies. Nice appliances including washer/dryer made it feel like a home away from home! Would stay here again:)

Easy walk to beach!

This was a beautiful home that was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Everything in the description is true. Ken was a great host. Very short and easy walk to the beach. The two of us got up a couple of mornings to watch the sunrise and then walked on the beach several evenings. Loved the outdoor shower. Truly bring nothing but your clothes and toothbrush. I would definitely stay there again. We had a great week!

Amazing stay!

This was not your typical rental condo, high-end finishes and beautiful decor throughout. It feels like your visiting friends in their own home. Quiet area, minutes from the beach, spectacular amenities and the most comfortable beds we have ever been in. We are so looking forward to staying here again in the near future! A week at the beach

Our stay was wonderful. Ken is a great host. He is helpful, communicative and friendly and provides amenities like toiletries, beach equipment and beach towels that many rentals do not. His home is clean and well kept. The location is clise to both the beach and surrounding activities. We will stay again!

This is a fantastic location with accommodations to relax and enjoy some low-key fun, great food options, and have access to the ocean sunrises!!! Hosts are so friendly and kind, checked in de several times to be sure we had everything we needed, offered a list of local eateries, and provided easy check-in and out and special details to the property that made for a special vacation vibe. Fabulous Beach getaway during TPC week

This has been such a fabulous experience, from the initial rental confirmation, thru our stay and checkout. This townhouse was perfect: very clean, updated decor, all the amenities, close proximity to the beach, and the hospitality/attentiveness from the Ken & Darby was unparalleled. My parents came in from Montana to spend time at the beach, golf, and attend the TPC. The weather didn’t cooperate, with our plans, but this property and the owners, made this vacation an absolute treat. I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating, because our stay was absolutely stellar, and they have set a high bar that is hard to beat. Would book this place again, in an instant.

Lovely boutique styled townhouse. It had everything we needed and was close to the beach. The owners were super friendly and even gave us a heads up for the latest launching of the lSpaceX rocket that we could see from the beach.

Wonderful beach retreat

My sister and I stayed for a week while visiting family. We loved the townhome. It was only a few blocks from the ocean and from good shopping but the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. It was beautifully furnished and equipped. We felt as if we could relax and enjoy our time there from the minute we arrived. The beautiful weather helped also! The owners were extremely helpful and attentive, responding if we had any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a week with my wife and 3 kids. The townhouse was in fantastic condition, very clean, beautifully decorated, and very well kept and stocked. Everything was available at the house, new towels, plenty of beach gear, kitchen supplies. The beach is a 5-minute walk; the neighborhood and general area was safe. Ken who lives next door went out of his way to ensure we had a great, comfortable stay, he also provided great tips about restaurants and other activities. Overall 6- stars!!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

From start to finish, from confirmation of rental to check out, our experience was superb. And I don’t say that lightly. Ken was SO helpful even before our trip, and his kindness and hospitality were excellent and so greatly appreciated. The house is perfection - SO very clean - and literally has every single thing you could need for a week at the beach. Ken has a fully stocked house, SUPER comfortable beds, and even extra touches around the house that make it even more comfortable (like the awning out front for example). He had beach towels, toys, chairs and an umbrella to use every day, and a wagon to take it all on the short walk down to the beautiful beach. Seriously - this spot is a GEM! And the owners are, too. We’re so thankful for our time here and hope to visit again soon! I can’t give it enough stars!!!

Wonderful house and owner!

Upon arriving at the house Ken gave us a walk through. It was 9 pm but he greeted us happily and we instantly liked him. The house was beautifully set up with closets full of linens and a kitchen with everything you need. We felt right at home. Ken and the other neighbor was helpful with tips and directions and we were so close to the beach. I'm glad to say it was more than we imagined it would be.

Didn’t Want to Leave

Clean, quiet, cozy little beach home. Spent 2 weeks here while waiting for our military housing, and didn’t want to leave. Location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach with restaurants and stores around the the corner. Owners were amazing. They live next door, but are by no means intrusive. Very pleasant and always available if needed, and have wonderful recommendations for restaurants and area attractions. Amenities are top notch: towels, linens, full kitchen, beach equipment, washer/dryer and complimentary beverages (e.g. the nice bottle of wine to welcome was a treat!), just to name a few. Spent most of my time on the back patio...enjoying my morning coffee, and family dinners at night. Very relaxing.. My HIGHEST recommendation. Thanks for the very pleasant stay.

Exceptional Experience
