One Bedroom, one bath condominium within walking distance to the golf course. Rental includes recreation privileges of an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, volleyball, fitness center, bike rentals, fitness classes and more! Kayak rentals, sunset cruises and daily planned activities are available at the resort. Condominium is located at The Resort at Fairfield Harbour just 10 minutes from downtown New Bern.

The condo is located on the first floor of the building overlooking the 1st hole of the golf course! All linens and towels are included with your rental.

This was a wonderful 10 days! I had one problem with the outside lighting not working, and the host took care of it as soon as they knew about it. They went above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed. The washer/ dryer in the batroom ( complete with complimentary derergent for 2 loads) was a huge plus. Appliances worked great, screened in porch was very enjoyable. Very quiet, safe, secure.

Tiny if at all essentials at 23A

This property compared to other VRBO properties that we have stayed at was not as well supplied with essentials i.e. tissues, coffee filters, etc. The few that we did have were tiny including the bath and hand soap. Our king bed was very comfortable however it squeaked with the slightest of movement.

Picturesque location for golf lovers and nature lovers alike

During our stay we enjoyed a challenging (I'm two years new into golfing) round of golf on a gorgeous course. We spotted turtles, ducks and deer while playing. From our balcony we watched other golfers and from our unit we saw the sun rise and set. Close to the water and all activities that go with. Only 15 minutes from all the action in town and yet so private. A real find. Thank you all so much for a fantastic week. ❀

My experience

This would have been really nice to stay here if the room was cleaned good. It appears that the unit was remodeled recently. It was not cleaned from that! There was drywall dust in the bathtub and walls and drywall in the carpet. When showering the first night the water smelled like sewer and the tv in the bedroom didn't work. We stopped by the office to have them look at it, never received a call. It wasn't until we checked out that we were informed that it is well water and the hot water heater should have been drained. Again if these certain things hadn't been like that it would have been a great stay.

Fairfield Harbor

If you are a golfer or a sailor this is the resort for you. Our condo looked out on the 1st hole of an 18th hole course. Lovely location but a 6 mile drive for groceries and 10 miles to New Bern. Condo is in need of a new coffee pot and cushions for the wrought iron chairs on the screened in porch.

Exceeded expectations

Our family very much enjoyed ourselves, from the surprise of two bedrooms vs one bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The pool area is excellent! Everything was very clean and the scenery behind the property was very peaceful and relaxing. We will certainly stay at that property again! Thank You for a great week!
