Check in staff was excellent. They were very welcoming, personable and professional. The room was comfortable but a bit worn. Minimal counter space for toiletries in small bath. Leaf blowers before 8 AM were exceptionally loud. We wish they would wait until after 8 at least.

I am standing in parking lot at almost 3 am I have been woke up for a fire drill and have been on the street corner for 45 min with no word and no fire I am furious! 😡

Never would I stay here again, it was dirty - we couldn’t get into our rooms until 4 pm - we had to wait in line with 60 people trying to check in at 4 - waited over a half hour once we got to the front desk they told us our room still wasn’t ready - almost missed the football game because of the delay

Hotel from 1977 will have its issues. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and the sliding glass doors need to be replaced. Noise travels too much, and could hear the neighbors talking all night long. A new SGD would help and since the doors are also very difficult to open make it happen.

The rooms are extremely run down and the entire place is WAY overpriced for what you get. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!!! Very disappointing!!!

They only had one set of towels for a two person room. When I asked they said they didn't have any then found some from somewhere.

The property is definitely dated. Rooms with popcorn ceilings and drywall cracks, rusted shower-heads etc. The location is great and it is priced accordingly, so not bad but not luxurious for a "Hilton"
