River front view was great. Got to see dolphins by the bridge at night. Lobby is way nicer than the rooms. Breakfast / drinks were way overpriced but the building next door had great deals. Overall a decent place to stay just not the quality I’ve seen from other Hiltons. Building lost power the day we were leaving but elevators were still functional.

I enjoyed my stay and will be returning. I only dislike that it’s no microwave nor mini fridge in the room but overall I enjoyed my stay and I felt fancy and luxury. Also it’s an $75 deposit per day just to let everyone know that you get back after your stay is over. Overall I felt comfortable and safe.

Mold in the shower, bottle caps found on floor near balcony door, shower doors not cleaned most importantly they was no refrigerator for our drinks ( water, pop ) had to go to get ice 3-4 times a day just to keep our drinks cold Staff was amazing especially Alvita when checking in her Attitude, friendliness, even when she was busy with everyone checking in Alvita was still smiling and wishing everyone a good day

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, clean. A+ there. Feedback on the hotel otherwise: Unable to find coffee in the lobby (was referred by the bar to get it in our room), AC unit in our room was SUPER loud all night long. (I did not tell the front desk because we were only staying one night) Front desk check in and check out, both employees that helped us were amazing. Would stay again, but wanted to give the feedback about the Coffee and AC in our room.

The room was clean, however, things were rusted. It appeared that they were in the process of renovations. The room had peeling wallpaper, rusted sprinkler, rusted tp dispenser, and oddly, a new sink in the bathroom, but the base was chipped/rickety and one could see spray foam( I think?) where the base and sink came together. The towels were clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was some noise from the hallway. The staff was great! Not the best overall, but you pay for what you get.

Our stay here was great except the bath tub didn't drain well, so you were standing to water while showering. I would also have loved to see pancakes or waffles at breakfast. Other than that we enjoyed the city view from our balcony and walking the river. Staff and service was amazing!
