This spacious two-bedroom rental is RENOVATED and perfectly located on the north end of Amelia Island offering excellent walkability to everything you need for the perfect family vacation. Guests have access to enjoy the pool, relax in the spa, and utilize the designated grilling area.

In just a short walk (two blocks) you have access to the beach, restaurants, playground, putt putt golf, sand volley ball courts, Fort Clinch State Park and more.

Upon entering the property guests are greeted by updated hardwood floors throughout and a cohesive coastal theme. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of sun and surf, with views of the ocean right from the balcony. This space is equipped with a sofa (Queen sleeper), love seat, a chair and Smart TV (online streaming provided through Direct TV) Sliding glass doors lead you to the private balcony with plenty of seating. This arrangement is truly ideal for friends and family to gather.

The kitchen has been renovated with new appliances, quartz countertops, and a beautiful backsplash that mimics the blues in the ocean. It is also well stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, cookware, utensils, a blender, a toaster, a tea kettle, a regular coffee maker, and more. The breakfast bar can sit up to four at a time while the dining table can accommodate six.

The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower.

The guest room is equipped with Twin beds, a custom built-in allowing plenty of space for storage and hanging cloths, a TV and across the hall is the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The unit also has a full size washer/dryer.

When it's time to unwind, head to the pool and jacuzzi area for a refreshing dip or a relaxing soak.

In addition to quick access to the beach and endless activities guests are only a few minutes way from our Historic Fernandina Beach area where you can shop and enjoy the downtown marina.

For your convenience beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, and umbrella are provided in addition to fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)
