This is my second time staying here for short trips to Jacksonville. Proximity to the airport it excellent and there are many restaurants and shops close by. Staff here are amazing. So friendly and helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Both times my room was extremely clean and the hotel over all is very quiet. Plentiful parking and while the grab and go breakfast is limited it is a nice perk.

Difficult to get front desk person to unlock hotel door for checkin and other times. Difficult to get front desk to answer phone, as worker is frequently away from the desk. No daily maid service. Breakfast was good, given variety and quality of items provided. This facility is designed for long stay customers and not for short term customers. I would not use it again for short term travel.

SCAM ALERT! No breakfast unless you are on a death diet! Just yogurt and cold coffee. No bowls, plates, no silverware. Bring your own spoon for your yogurt. Expect to wait 15 minutes to get checked in. There is only one roll of low quality toilet paper, no lotion, no conditioner, no shower gel, and only one miniature shampoo. There is dog poop all around the perimeter of the hotel, and lots of noise seeps into the room.

The hotel is beautiful; everything looks very new and still smells brand new. However, the cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom was dirty, the shower had a lot of hair, the sink had food residue, and there was quite a bit of dust overall, which was uncomfortable, especially for someone with allergies. On the positive side, the bed was clean and everything in that area smelled wonderful. In addition, the front desk staff member was super nice and very professional; he treated us extremely well, which made the experience much more pleasant.
