Entering through the front door you will immediately notice the open floor plan concept and large great room with kitchen, dining, and living space all in one spacious area. The living space features a navy sleeper sofa with a gel mattress and two comfy chairs perfectly positioned around a flat screen television. Natural light streams in through the sliding glass doors located just off the living room and will connect you to a roomy patio and grilling area. This porch area boasts a serene view of the beautiful plantation landscape complete with a fancy grapefruit tree and table and chairs for dining al fresco.

Just off the living area is the dining room complete with an off-white wooden dining table with seating for 6 guests. The luxury kitchen overlooks the dining area and offers brand new cabinetry, dazzling granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. It's well stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare a scrumptious meal for the entire family. Adjacent to the kitchen lies the laundry room equip with a stackable washer and dryer and neighboring half bath.

Walking upstairs you will find three bedrooms each with a private full bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a large king-sized bed, flat screen television, and private balcony with sliding glass doors. The master bathroom boasts a large mirrored closet and double vanity with stunning granite countertops and a separate room for the walk-in shower and toilet area.

Just down the hall sits the second bedroom equipped with a queen bed, flat screen television, a bench with a storage area, and a full bath with gorgeous granite and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a large mirrored closet, and a full bathroom also featuring a beautiful granite countertop and a combo shower/tub.

A 3 minute walk down the street will take you to the ocean's edge, and the community pool, nestled among the beautiful oak streets is just steps away. At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5 minute stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road!
