Stunning Villa -2 OCEANFRONT bedrooms each with ensuite baths & private patios!

Experience the updated luxury of this first floor villa offering stunning ocean views in a VERY PRIVATE setting within the prestigious, gated Amelia Surf and Racquet Club! The 2 bed/2 bath split floorplan offers tremendous privacy to both suites and the ideal terrace level location means that access to the beach and pools is just steps away across a beautiful sweeping lawn from either of the two private covered patios! The lush tropical setting, spectacular oceanfront views, gorgeous updated interior and private location makes this Villa one of a kind! Perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation.



The Villa sleeps up to six .The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new sealy posturepedic mattress. Sliding doors lead out to a private patio. The guest room has twin beds and a sliding door to another private patio. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. This deluxe floor plan splits the bedrooms offering privacy to both suites. The living room furniture is slipcovered to allow frequent laundering. All linens are frequently replaced. The comfortable, relaxing atmosphere melts away stress the minute you walk in the door!


We supply beach chairs, towels, and a few toys for your use.

Children love playing on the thick green grass while you enjoy an afternoon drink on the patio. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials.

Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is located on Summer Beach. It is a gated community with 4 lighted clay tennis courts and two newly renovated pools. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa resort is located a short walk from our property.

Wonderful restaurants and quaint shops make the historic town of Fernandina Beach a great place for dining and shopping. Fort Clinch, Cumberland Island, and St. Mary are nearby. If you play golf or tennis, you will have many venues to choose from. We have a tennis pro on site that is available for lessons or to help you schedule a match. This is a great tennis team get away location.

All Surf and Racquet condos are individually owned and maintained. We prefer to manage our own property to offer you the best service and value. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards in cleanliness. This is our vacation home as well as a rental for others. We try to offer everything that we would want in a vacation rental.

This condo is totally updated.. , Wifi, local and long distance land line, and hd/ cable is included.

Our hope is that you will enjoy your stay so much, that we’ll be welcoming you back year after year!

Wonderful Condo for a Young Family’s Memorable Vacation!

This condo was the perfect place for our young family to stay, with easy access to walk to the beach carrying little ones, a lush green space behind the double patios to play in with cute brown bunnies everywhere, two pools close by and the perfect view of the gorgeous sunrise in the morning from all rooms. We also appreciated the beach chairs and towels along with an equipped kitchen so we could pack a little less! We had a power blip but it was addressed promptly and Julie was so kind and responsive. Great Spacious Condo at an Amazing Beach

We have a wonderful two weeks at this very clean, roomy, and well-outfitted condo. As others have noted, the ground floor access was especially nice. It's really convenient to be able to walk out of the condo on the ocean side and head right down to the beach!! We appreciated the little things, like the backpack beach chairs (we are going to buy a couple - they are amazing!!), the beach towels, and the super equipped kitchen. We are already planning our return trip to this wonderful condo on this spectacular beach!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view could not be beat. It was very well appointed - everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals, and it was really nice to have some extras, like beach chairs and board games. Everything was very clean. Check in/check out was really easy. The instructions sent ahead of time was really helpful too. We definitely recommend!

Family getaway

The condo had easy access to beach and pools. We appreciated having beach chairs available since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. It was clean and well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. Beautiful Condo on Amelia Island

This was my family's first trip to Amelia Island and we loved it! This condo was beautiful and comfortable. It had the perfect first floor location with easy access to both the beach and the pool. Julie was very easy to reach and very accommodating. We would definitely come back!!

Amelia surf and racquet

We have come here every year for the past 12 years. This was the first time we stayed in this condo and all of us agree that this was the best place we ever stayed. It’s clean and it had plenty of space to put away your clothes and kitchen items. The fact you could see the ocean from the first floor was a huge bonus. We loved the space we had. The two master suites was a plus! We even forgot something and the host was great in notifying us and making sure we got it back. We hope we can stay here again.

This condo is in the perfect location near the pool, a very short walk down the boardwalk to the beach, yet tucked in a quiet corner of the complex. The host was very helpful and responsive! Will definitely book again!!
