My husband and I have been regularly vacationing on Amelia Island for over 25 years and love it. Over time, we have seen a deterioration in the quality of rentals where the owner does not seem interested in keeping the unit properly repaired and reasonably updated. (I think all owners should stay several days in their properties and see what itâs like to struggle with an out-of-date kitchen, deafening dishwasher and washing machine, difficult shower faucet, cheap sheets, missing smoke detector, poor internetâgood luck streaming!â etc.) The best property management company in the world can do very little to fix those things, but I want to give a shout-out to Dana at Moore AI Rentals, who came to the condo on a SUNDAY to fix the TV loginâshe went way beyond the call of duty, which we very much appreciated. This is a mid-level rentalâadequate but nothing luxurious. Itâs too badâit would not take much to update it. I would not choose it again but would instead look at other choices with this management company.
