The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Kindly place the used or dirty towels and sheets on top of the washing machine. Because we do not know which are clean and which are dirty placing them on the washing machine helps us prevent waste.
We also ask you to remove all trash and place it in front of the garage above as you are leaving the property. The trash is removed from the property on Tuesdays in front of the garage.
Please shut off all the lights and fans and check that the refrigerator door is closed. Thank you for your attention to these matters please visit us again.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
