Jaco Beach awesome remodeled condo on the main strip. Walk to the beach and town

GREAT LOCATION on the main strip and a 5 minute walk to the ocean in a gated community with 24 hour security, a large community pool and secure parking. This newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment features porcelain floors, custom woodwork, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The condo features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a day bed in the living area that doubles as the couch and has an additional twin size trundle bed underneath. There is A/C in the bedroom as well as in the main room. There is free high speed wireless internet, a 40 inch flat screen in the main room and a 32 inch flat screen smart TV in the bedroom both with cable TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and all the appliances are stainless steel.

The community is located on the main strip in Jaco so you can walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, markets, the cinema, performance theatre and ocean in 5 minutes.

This is a family friendly community so if you are looking to party and bring home "guests" then this isn't the place for you. The condo association has a very strict policy about renters bringing home guests. If you do not tell me about the total number of guests then the security guards will not let your guest(s) on the property. Furthermore they only allow a maximum of 6 different people to enter the condo for the duration of your stay. For example, if there are two people in your party then you will be allowed a maximum of 4 guests.

Great location

Shawn went beyond and gave us a room more suitable for 3 people even though he was not prepared to rent out yet. He was aware what the apt needed and will bring up to standards I have no doubt. Great location and Shawn was responsive and met us at the gate. Highly recommend.

Very nice home for two. The facility was clean, safe and quiet. The only issue we had, and this is not a bad review item, is the tv reception was intermittent. We just took out books and read instead. More imagery in words anyway.

This comfy condo was exactly as advertised. A 5 minute walk to the beach, with shops, pharmacy, restaurants etc. along the way (3 min. walk). We loved the huge beautiful pools and 3 jacuzzis. We also enjoyed a day at the beach (umbrella/chair rental $20/day). Shawn went above and beyond for us. He is an excellent host. We would definitely stay there again. The condo was great and the location is amazing.

Did not expect this to have ALL the comforts of home

Very very nice place it was just like being at home with everything you needed. Especially the hot water at all the faucets. The owners where great and the location was great. If you are thinking about staying here, DO stay, you will be very surprised at how beautiful this place is.

Close to beach, restaurants, we didn't use the pool but it's there and good size.. This was our first time to Jaco, the owner (Shawn) was very helpful with any questions about activities, food recommendations, local attractions, etc.. Shawn was a great resource..

Great Place!!

My daughter and I visited CR for the first time. Shawn helped to make our visit just right. Great host, super clean place in the heart of everything! The first thing Shawn did was sit down with us and explained everything we could do in Jaco and surrounding, super informative. Anyway, the condo is nice, safe, clean, great pool. I recommend this place to anyone.

Welcome, Welcome,Welcome to "Pura Vida"!! Shawn Fletcher is a delightful host. Upon arrival Shawn gave us an overview of Jaco Beach, suggestions for tours, and was always available. His condo is exactly as described on VRBO. The villa area is gated and it's a friendly neighborhood of visitors and owners. It is very safe there. The condo is nicely decorated, modern, quiet, I cannot emphasize enough as to the friendliness we were shown by everyone we met whether residents or travelers. Warm climate, warm people.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

My best friend Jess and I stayed here for 3 nights, and we absolutely loved it! It is recently remodeled and furnished beautifully, and it was immaculately kept and so clean. Additionally, the location is great and walking distance to a lot of restaurants/coffee shops/activities. We appreciated that it was in a gated community with guards, and we loved that the parking was so easy and right in front of the condo. The only issue we had was with the wifi going in and out, but we were not in the condo very much so it wasn't too much of a bother. Shawn was very helpful prior to and during our stay, and I would stay here again 110% if I found myself back in Jaco!

What a wonderful condo! Secure, fully equipped and Shawn is a fabulous host and lives next door.

There is a fully stocked kitchen, The furniture is elegant and modern. There were supplies for the beach and when we needed some beach chairs Shawn brought them over. There is a 24 hour security guard and town is right outside the gates and a very short walk. Shawn was nice enough to give some suggestions on locations to visit and they were spot on! Deserted beach, hidden hiking trail, the most amazing sunset and great restaurants! Our stay was perfect!

A++ Jaco Stay - Don't miss out on this gem!

I can not say enough good things about our stay in Jaco! The condo was super nice, just as pictured! We were within walking distance to most everything! Shawn was an amazing host and helped us out from everything on local eats, to zip-lining and surfing all the way to s shuttle to and from the airport! If you are thinking about staying in Jaco, I would highly reccomend staying here!
