The property is good
Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard
It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids.
The cart services are not able to handle the load as the numbers don't match with the guests (275 rooms, 17 carts ).
Room services were taking 1.5 hours to deliver even small things.
Throughout my stay, the staff generally came across as indifferent and unresponsive. Basic requests took a long time to be acknowledged or fulfilled, and there was very little sense of ownership or courtesy in the way issues were handled. Even after following up multiple times, there was no proactive effort to communicate, apologize, or make the experience better.
Because of this, the overall stay, which could have been excellent given the quality of the property, ended up being frustrating and far from satisfactory. The contrast between the good infrastructure and poor hospitality was stark.
The staff was busy attending wedding guests and they even mentioned that its not ideal to book during weddings.
Stay away from this property.
