    Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

    Bad choice

    The apartment was not clean and maintained. The air conditioner was not working, subscription to TV expired. in the kitchen, the cooking and serving equipment was dirty or missing according to the inventory list. The drinking water dispenser was not working, hot water was broken. We learn this also issued from the previous gest.
