The location was 5min away by car to Gambir station and 5min walk from an Alfamart. Convenient area if you need to get to Gambir train station in the morning. There’s a shoo called Tektek Cina that is 5min walk to the left of the hotel that is DELICIOUS!

A great reception from the start, staff super friendly and helpful. The room was well preented, spacious and clean. The room had armchair for resting, nothing worse than a room without a chair/lounge after a long day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast had great options for local and western tastes alike. Overall a fantastic stay in a great location.

Bfast spread was lacking in choices, and the staff didn't replenish or refill the food asap, so they left the bowls empty in almost every food stall. I stayed for 4 days, on my last day, I found life cockroach in the food counter (broke a hygiene rule) and notified the staff. Well hope my reviews help to improve

Very modern and clean hotel right in the centre of Jakarta. The staff were polite and helpful. The only con would be the small swimming pool. I recommend it to first timers like myself who want to explore the city centre.

A amazing well run and managed property. We had bussiness at US embassy which was a couple blocks away so a easy walk . Its near the National Monument park and national museum. Also walking distance to resturants and grocery stores.

On check-in, they did not have the confirmed (!) non-smoking room with 2 beds, and offered a smoking room ("That's Ok, right?" - NOT OK, how dare you suggest). So had to wait for them to find a solution. Free parking? Sure, if you can find a spot. Parking is permanently full, and no opportunity on the street-side curb or nearby. The restaurant is exorbitantly expensive and of mediocre quality. The room was good, a bit small but clean. The bathroom is clean, with good hot water.

Asked for a queit room but reception put me facing the main road and next to the storage. Loud noises on a Sunday at 8am from upstairs which I asked for them to check but it took them an hour. Safe wasn’t working and phone cord was broken. Could have been a good stay but unfortunately it was not with all these issues
