Tulloch Lake House! Panoramic Views & Private Dock

Escape to a quieter side of Lake Tulloch at our panoramic south shore home.

Please note: Due to Tri-Dam’s invasive species prevention efforts, public launch ramps are currently closed for motorized boats. The public launch ramp is expected to be open by Spring 2026, with a same-day inspection process. In the meantime, the lake remains fully open for kayaks, paddleboards, swimming, fishing, and birdwatching. With fewer boats on the water, this is a rare chance to experience Lake Tulloch’s serene beauty—calm, clear, and refreshingly peaceful.

From our private shoreline, you can swim off the dock, paddle across glassy coves, or simply float and soak up the stillness. Keep an eye out for local wildlife—it's common to spot osprey, bald eagles, red-tailed hawks, and other native species soaring overhead.

Our home is designed for relaxation and connection, offering:
• Sweeping, uninterrupted views of Lake Tulloch and the surrounding foothills
• Direct lake access for swimming, paddling, or floating
• Spacious outdoor living areas perfect for sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing
• A fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and thoughtful amenities • Birdwatcher’s paradise: enjoy front-row views of Lake Tulloch’s vibrant ecosystem

If you’re eager for motorized boating, Don Pedro Lake is just a 30-minute drive away, offering open boat access with same-day inspections—making Tulloch Lakehouse a perfect base for wider Tuolumne County adventures.

Beyond the water, you're perfectly positioned to explore California’s Gold Country, with nearby wine tasting, horseback riding, hiking, and trophy fishing opportunities at Lake Goodwin and the Stanislaus River. Plus, all your essentials are just a short drive away in Sonora and Oakdale.

Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat, a nature-filled escape, or a slower-paced getaway, Tulloch Lake House invites you to see the lake in a whole new way.

Discover the beauty of less noise, more nature, and unforgettable views.

Our family LOVED our time here. We woke up to spectacular views and went to sleep in comfy beds! Everything else in between was all we needed for an awesome family vacation! The layout of the house is really cool for spending time together. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and the way the tables and couches are set up is great for hanging out and playing games. The super dock was perfect for hanging out by the water and swimming. Everything about the house was set up perfectly for children and adults to have a wonderful time! Before we left we were already talking about our next trip back!

The views from this home are breathtaking. A mother Deer and her babies visited the property daily. We enjoyed watching the Bald Eagles and Osprey on their daily hunt as well. The dock was such an added pleasure. We swam and fished daily. The house was comfortable for a large family, with plenty of room to spread out. Tassa was a pleasure to work with. She was always on top of communications. We will definitely plan another stay!

We had a fantastic family trip at this lakehouse. The views of the lake are spectacular! The kitchen was well stocked and the layout of the house allowed for everyone to feel comfortable. We spent most of the time on the dock, swimming and sunning. We did have a boat for a few days and enjoyed wakesurfing and wakeboarding. The stairs up from the dock are no joke, but it's the price you pay for that view. We just planned accordingly so didn't have to go up and down all day. Enjoying a glass of wine on the deck at sunset was the perfect way to wind down each day.

Very lovely and comfortable lake house!

We had the most memorable trip in your beautiful home! The floor to ceiling windows looking out to the lake was our favorite part! Love that there are multiple hang out spaces for everyone. The beds and couches are very comfortable. Overall loved this house and would absolutely stay again!

It felt clean and pet friendly. Lovely views and accommodated 12 of us without any hiccups. Very well stocked kitchen. The furniture is a bit dated and one bathroom had flooding issues due to lack of door or shower curtain. Except for that, it was a beautiful stay

Relaxing Getaway!

The property is stunning and very comfy! There is nothing better than sitting on a comfy couch, with a big blanket, in front of those big windows looking out onto the lake! The place is big enough for everyone to have their own little corner but it maintains the warmth of a home that is yours! Looking forward to our next stay at the Tulloch Lake House!

Incredible view!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Lake Tulloch. House was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the living room/kitchen was amazing. I was worried about the waves off the lake, but we strapped down the boat as advised by the owners, and it worked great. I can'[t wait to go back with my family again!!

Family get away

This is the perfect location! We went with family and each had our own separate floor each with our own bathroom. So nice to have own space! The stairs are a challenge, but it is Lake Tulloch, so we knew this going into it. The cabin is fully stocked and we had a great stay! Response time was incredibly fast! Would love to stay again!

Family Lake Getaway

The property was just what my wife and I, our adult children and young grandchildren were looking for this year for our annual summer getaway. There’s plenty of room, awesome view through the large windows and spacious rooms. The boat dock was an amazing plus as we were able to launch our boat on arrival and keep it tied up during our entire stay . Allowing for easy access when we wanted to go out on the lake. Check in was easy and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We’d definitely go back.

Overall stay

I think for the amount of money that we paid to stay in that home people could put a little bit more effort into decorating and keeping it clean. Cabinets were sticky floor is coming apart and furniture was ridiculous.

Great for families

This was a great house for my family of 8. All adults and one infant. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor, but still felt cozy. Great kitchen with lots of accessories, utensils and place settings. Unfortunately the power went out for about 12hrs while we were there, not the homeowners fault, just know that happens occasionally up there. Prepare yourself for a LOT of stairs. It was geat having a private dock and the water was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

The best lake view I've ever seen!

From the pictures, you think you know that you're in for a great view...and you have no idea how good it really is! Floor to ceiling windows on TWO walls of the great room. One set gives you a truly 180 degree view of the lake and the hills beyond. The other gives you a view of a wooded hillside just a few feet away, where we saw deer, squirrels, and a turkey (!!!) just a few feet away. So cool! The rest of the house is great too. Well stocked kitchen, tons of beds, big TVs, and great deck space. We'll be back, soon and often.

Labor day weekend at lake tulloch house

The house was fantastic and we had a great time. It had every amenity that we wanted. Only negatives were...(1)we could not get the internet to work all weekend. (2). The boat/dock access was great, but because of the close in proximity to the no wake zone and the fact that the boaters came really close to the dock, it made for a ton of waves. It was to dangerous to swim off the dock. But most importantly the waves absolutely destroyed our pontoon boat and jet skis. The constant slamming into the cement dock caused multiple damages to all vessels. Over all we would recommend this property but definitely be aware of the waves.
