Newly built cottage located on a lake plot by Lake Flaten | SE05035

This nice and fresh cottage is located on a plot of land next to the nice lake Flaten in a quiet location. Here you have a nice place for really nice relaxation. Via the veranda you enter a hall where you can hang your clothes and to the left you will find the luxurious fully tiled bathroom which is equipped with both a shower and a toilet. Via the hall you reach the one bedroom which has a bunk bed with a lower bed of 120 cm and an upper bed of 80 cm and from the window you look out over the lake. Next to this bedroom is the practical kitchen, which is equipped with both stove, built-in oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining area and a small wood stove that you can light when needed. The roof is open to the ridge and has dimmable lighting to create a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. Via the openable glass door you reach the paved patio outside. In the larger bedroom you will find a double bed. Via the living room you reach a larger insulated glazed conservatory with a panoramic view of the lake. Here you can sit and admire the view of the lake as you sit and eat. This room also has dimmable spotlights in the ceiling. Via the openable glass doors, you come out to the large, paved patio, which is furnished with an outdoor furniture and a grill. Down by the lake, you have access to a rowing boat if you want to take a trip out on the lake to fish (fishing license required).

To see and do in Järnforsen and the immediate area

The house is well located for day trips, for example Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby, Glasriket and Målilla moose park. In Virserum, which is only 5 minutes away, you will find grocery stores, a municipal swimming area with a sandy beach, several restaurants, as well as Sweden's only telephone museum and an art gallery.
