Receptionist was a bit rude when it comes to checkin. She was not helpful at all and kept staring me when I was filling the form. Apart from staff the property is good and comes with good kitchen and utensils

The room was a good size and had everything we needed. As motels go, it was good. Staff were friendly. Location was excellent for the town of Jasper and parking was free. There was some noise from the rail line over the road, but we slept at the back so it didn't bother us.

We were happy to have been able to check in earlier. Due to our room was ready when we arrived. The Staff were extremely friendly, courtiouse and accomodating. We loved having had a welcoming card, dog treats, dog bed,food and water bowl setout in the room for our dog.

The hotel is older but well maintained. The room was clean but VERY crowded. A king size bed in a queen size room. If you want a MW, you need to request it. The worst was there was no top sheet on the bed. Finding a plugin to use was difficult. It was a very dark room. Better lighting was needed.

Price was high relative to basic room, but that’s Jasper for you. AC unit in living room didn’t cool down bedroom. Comfy bed. Refrigerator opened awkwardly against wall. Hard to get in.
