Welcome to Casa Andrea!
A big and beautiful south-facing property located in the beautiful Montgo National Park area just 6km from JĂĄvea!
The villa is set in a private and well-maintained garden and is just a few minutes away from local supermarkets and excellent restaurants.
AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL BEDROOMS.
The villa is distributed over 2 levels surrounded by terraces and gardens on all sides with many private and interesting seating areas.
Inside accommodation offers a full home from home experience and comprises of the living room with flat screen wall mounted IPTV system, log burner, and plenty of seating, great for large families.
There is an additional lounge/snug, with leather sofa and armchair with Smart TV and Freesat.Â
A separate dining room with seating for 8 guests can be accessed from the snug or the fully equipped modern kitchen, including; dishwasher, large Deville range cooker with gas hob and oven, large American style fridge with ice maker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. From the kitchen is a separate utility area with washing machine and walk in shower.
On the main level, an attractive hallway leads to 3 bedrooms. The Master has a Kingsize bed with ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, a second bedroom with double bed has an ensuite with walk in shower, and the third bedroom is a twin room.Â
On the lower level that is accessed via an external staircase, is a large Double bedroom with large Smart TV with Freesat, leading to a small hallway leading to a kitchenette with fridge, mirco/oven, and kettle and sink, and the large jack and jill bathroom with walk in Jacuzzi shower. This bathroom also facilities a twin bedroom. Both the lower level bedrooms have their own private access from the pool terrace.
The pool with Roman steps is solar heated so ideal for mid season holidays. There is a poolside summer kitchen with dishwasher, tall fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, toaster and kettle. There is a gas BBQÂŽs available on the pool terrace near the outside kitchen, as well as a covered open Naya with comfy lounge seating and dining table. There is also a poolside shower room and toilet. Ample sunbeds are provided, as well as pool umbrellas and areas to relax in the well maintained terraced gardens.

Javea is a popular, historic town, free of high rise buildings offering a relaxing holiday atmosphere. Local people are friendly and affable. Clean, warm, blue Mediterranean Sea laps the beautiful beaches and coves. Variety of landscape, ranging from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas, its mild year-round climate. Javea is a jewel on the Costa Blanca, combining beauty and modern facilities with the charm of an ancient fishing village. Considered to be one of the healthiest regions in Europe. Pavement restaurants, cafés and bars overlooking the Mediterranean invite you to sit eat, have a drink and just enjoy the ambience. An excellent choice of sporting activities for all the family.
We recommend that you hire a car from the airport so you can explore this beautiful area. However other services can be booked to get you from the airport to Javea.
Once you have arrived you can hire electric bicycles to explore locally. Javea has several dedicated cycling routes and a free map can be collected from most rental shops. There are several walks, coastal, mountains or exploring the narrow streets of the old town.

The Javea town fiesta is held during the second fortnight of July and is an occasion for feasting, dancing, parades, music and fireworks, as are the Moors & Christians parades at the end of August.
