and the building services. The ground floor is divided into a large living/dining area, American kitchen with adjoining utility room and a guest toilet.
In front of the living room there is a covered terrace and an area with a pergola to have a shady place in the summer months from where you can enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea. In the same area there is a BBQ area. On the open pool terrace there is a large pool with an "infinity" effect, wide steps and underwater lighting. On the upper floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the large roof terrace. In the basement there is a double garage with automatic door (of which one garage space is also rented) and a spacious cellar area, as well as the building services. For those looking for more natural landscapes, however, XĂ bia/JĂĄvea also has plenty to offer, such as the beautiful Portitxol cove, which, with its small island and blue gate, is a favourite subject for photographers and definitely worth a visit.
This list also includes the bays of Sardinera or Granadella, the bay of Tangó at the harbour of Xà bia/Jåvea, the bay of Francés, the bay of Ministro and the bay of Ambolo. Jåvea is a real paradise for divers in particular, with its rocky coves and clear water.
However, the town of JĂĄvea itself is just as charming as the beaches and a stroll through the streets is just as worthwhile. However, if you are looking for routes to discover very special places, we recommend climbing up to the Mirador de les Pesqueres or walking the entire route of viewpoints, where you can visit monuments such as the Acequia de la Noria.
The walking route to Cova Tallada in JĂĄvea is also a great idea and for a truly original experience where you can immerse yourself in the essence of this town, we recommend visiting XĂ bia/JĂĄvea during the Moors and Christians festival or the bonfires of San Juan.
