Located in the sought-after resort of Javea, this delightful 6-bedroom villa is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of a bar restaurant. The vibrant Javea Old Town, with its abundance of restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as the beautiful Arenal Beach and promenade, are easily accessible with just a short 5-minute drive. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Alvaro is located at the foot of the Montgo Mountain in the area of Tossals in Javea. There are 2 excellent Blue Flag beaches nearby - with the shingle beach La Grava being just a 10 minute drive from the villa. Javea Old Town is just 5 minutes' drive away, and is well worth a visit for the markets and charming, winding streets. Arenal Beach is a gorgeous, sandy bay, backed by a lively promenade with plenty of places to eat and drink - just a 15 minute drive away. This traditional house makes the perfect base for exploring this fabulous part of Costa Blanca or just relaxing by the pool.
