Villa Levante
This charming traditional Spanish villa is located next to the MontgĂł mountain in the Castellans area of Javea. The large open reception room has a very comfortable lounge area next to a fireplace. There is a glazed naya, with views of the pool, with seating to relax, watch television or play cards. On the right side of this beautiful entrance hall, two steps lead to the dining area and a door to the spacious kitchen. The furniture reflects the owners' love of art and travel.

A corridor from the entrance door leads to a room with two beds and the room with two beds with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom and private bathroom are located in the living room or on the naya. Another bathroom is on one side of the main entrance.
The dining room doors and the naya doors open to the pool terrace, which has terraces over a living room and dining room. There is also plenty of space for sunbathing on this secluded terrace overlooking the large and attractive gardens and with wonderful views of the JĂĄvea valley and MontgĂł on the other side.
This villa is located just above the old town of JĂĄvea, with its shops, bars, restaurants and weekly market. The port, marina and El Arenal beach area are 10 minutes by car.
Advice JH: Villa Levante is located just opposite La Golondrina and only 100 metres from Casa Alba. If you are coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov â 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A âŹ500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
