Entire hotel is super hot with no ac. We check in to our room, turn the AC down to 20C from 25. We leave and come back later to find our room up to 26. I mentioned it to the front desk and they told me that I had to turn the AC all the way down to 18 for it to actually work because, in their words, it's not like normal house AC. Which still didn't make any sense because how did we set it to 20 but then when we came back it was hotter than when we left?? So they made me feel like I was crazy, meanwhile my mom has a heart condition and was about to pass out from the heat. They finally send a maintenance guy up and he said yup it's broken. They switch us to another room with AC that slightly works. We turn it all the way down to 18 and over the entire time that we were there the lowest it got was 24. I'm someone who needs to be cold when I sleep and I got like zero sleep the entire time. Ruined the stay for me.
