Single-family house "Tina". 12 km from the centre of Gdinj, 35 km from the centre of Jelsa, 60 km from the centre of Hvar, in a quiet, sunny position, at the seaside, on the beach. Private: property 300 m2. Barbecue. Motor access to the house (6 km via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 12 km, supermarket 35 km, bus stop 52 km, ferry 40 km, rocky beach 15 m. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Airfield 113 km from the property.
3-room house 70 m2 on 1st floor. 1 room with 3 beds. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings) with dining table, satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the sea. Solar energy. Electricity via solar collector which is therefore dependant on the weather. Electrical devices with more than 12 V cannot be operated in this house. Restricted usage of electric devices (e.g. mobile phones, laptops, etc.). The fridge and the oven are gas-powered. Hot water preparation via gas system.
