Charming 2-Bedroom Waterfront Retreat!

This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an inviting open-concept living room and kitchen, complete with a spacious four-person island—perfect for dining and entertaining.

Step outside onto a cozy screened porch with comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening breeze. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and a private en-suite bath, offering a peaceful retreat after a day by the ocean.

The boat lift is not available for renters to all renters approval and a fee is required. The trailer can not stay on property. The community has a boat launch.

In an effort to keep our rates competitive and cleaning fees to a minimum our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We ask that all guests in your party be registered through the booking platform. We do monitor the doorbell camera at check in to confirm the amount of people checking in matches your booking. You will notice a slight increase in the daily rate when your amount of guests exceeds 4. We want you to have a wonderful vacation and appreciate you working within our guidelines to make sure the house is well maintained and within city and neighborhood rental guidelines.

We provide our guests with basic starter supplies, TP/PT, dish and hand soaps, laundry & dishwasher detergent, trash bags & new sponge!
